Return & Refund Policy
Return Period We support 30-day return and exchange service from the date of package delivery. If you receive defective, wrong or unsatisfactory items, you can apply for return or refund within the valid period.
Return Conditions 1. All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and keep original tags, packaging and complete accessories. 2. Beauty products must remain unopened and undamaged to ensure hygiene and safety. 3. Products with obvious artificial damage, worn marks, makeup stains or missing accessories will not be accepted for return.
Return Process Please contact our customer service email to submit a return application. After we confirm and approve your request, please send back the items according to the designated return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Special Notes Customized products, clearance items and partial hygiene beauty products are non-returnable. Return shipping fees are borne by customers unless the items are defective or shipped incorrectly by our side.
